Projectopia World collects the information you provide when creating and using an account, including your nickname, username, email address, password credentials, optional birth date, optional gender selection, profile information, projects, comments, messages, and reports. Passwords are handled as authentication credentials and should never be shared with other players.

We use this information to operate the game, authenticate accounts, display player-created content, provide social features, prevent abuse, enforce our rules, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and safety.

We may process basic device, network, and diagnostic information needed to connect to the service, investigate errors, protect accounts, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate Projectopia World, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service, or the public. Public profile details and content you intentionally publish can be seen by other players.

Birth date and gender are optional. If you choose not to provide a birth date, Safe Chat remains enabled permanently. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and service operation. Delete your World account immediately from Profile > Settings > Delete account; the flow confirms your password and permanently removes the account and associated World data. Projectopia World is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated in the app or through another reasonable method.
